A one way video interview: three questions, two minutes each, nobody there

First round invite came through and it's a recording. Three questions, two minutes each, one retake and only on the first question. No person on the other end and no way to ask anything back.

I've read a dozen threads from people who sat one of these and the advice splits into read from a script and don't read from a script, which isn't advice.

For anyone who got past one: what did you do with your hands and your eyes? Did you write anything down first? And did the next round feel like somebody had watched it, or like it was a filter nobody opened?
