Diversicare of Copper Basin

As of April 1st, the center came under new management and joined the Diversicare Healthcare Services family, bringing what the organization describes as a renewed commitment to exceptional care and a vibrant community for residents. Diversicare provides a range of post-acute services including short-term rehabilitation for individuals recovering from injury. The facility is currently actively recruiting nursing professionals, including an MDS Coordinator (RNAC), reflecting its focus on clinical compliance and accurate patient assessments under the new management structure. Diversicare operates multiple centers and positions itself as an organization built on trust, respect, compassion, and strong communication, emphasizing a culture of Service Excellence extended to all patients and residents. The Copper Basin location serves the rural community of Ducktown in southeastern Tennessee, near the Tennessee-Georgia-North Carolina border.
