As a CNA you are non-exempt hourly and report to the Resident Care Coordinator or designee. A CNA credential is preferred, not required; expect a high-school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS, Food Handler when applicable, and a preference for one year of SNF or ALF CNA experience. Full-time CNA pay is stated in the USD 30,000–38,000 range, on-site, with weekends as needed and holidays. As an RN in the ALF the role is exempt and reports to the Administrator or Executive Director; you may direct CNAs, nursing assistants, and non-certified med aides. You need a nursing degree, a current unrestricted RN license in the practicing state, and CPR—long-term care or assisted living experience is preferred, not required.
