Nursing Mastery for hospitals / Handraise

Nurses don’t apply here. You do.

Handraise is the job board turned to face you: nurses who switched on open to offers, matched to the roles you have live, anonymous until they say yes. You send the ask. They decide.

Access opens after we confirm you work at the hospital. $250 per accepted introduction — a no costs you nothing.

The application inbox stopped meaning anything.

Candidates now mass-apply with AI and employers filter with AI — recruiters call it the doom loop. When every résumé is machine-polished, volume is noise. The only signal left worth paying for is a person who opted in on purpose.

Three moves. No inbox anywhere.

  1. 01

    See who raised their hand

Your board holds the nurses who turned on open to offers and match the roles you have live right now. Specialty, region, experience, license, start window. Never a name.

  2. 02

    Ask about a real role

You pick one nurse and one role. The ask carries the pay band, the shift, and the unit before they open it — a hospital that won't state what it pays can't send one.

  3. 03

    They decide

A yes unlocks their name and contact for your team alone — no other hospital ever sees it. A no reaches you as silence; you never know who declined.

This is the screen your hiring team gets.

Shown filled with an example bench so you can read the shape. Your live board holds only real nurses who opted in — matched to your live roles, and empty until they exist, never faked.

The contract, in the same words the nurse reads.

These two lists render on your board and in the nurse’s own locker, identically. The promise holds because it is structural — the five fields below are the only fields that exist on the wire, so the board cannot show more even if someone asked it to.

What you see

  • Specialty and unit
  • Where they want to work
  • Experience
  • License
  • Available

What you never see

  • Their name
  • Their email and phone
  • Their city
  • Where they work now
  • Whether they looked at your posting
  • Whether they said no

Every nurse here is invisible until they say yes. When they accept your ask, you get their name and how to reach them, and no other hospital does. A decline tells you nothing at all.

One more thing the board will never grow: a score next to a person. The chips on a card mark which of your own filters a nurse already satisfies — they score the search, never the nurse. And there is no bulk send. One ask, one nurse, one role, on purpose.

You pay for a yes. Nothing else is billable.

Handraise introductions

You pay when a nurse says yes. A no costs you nothing.

Not per contact, not per credit, not per lead — every other platform in this category bills you for attempts. Rides on top of whichever partnership tier you are on.

Access is by request.

You don’t browse in. Tell us who you are and which roles you can’t fill; we confirm you work at the hospital, then your board opens — already matched to your live postings. We open Handraise to hospitals we believe we can fill.

Nurse trust is the product. The request step is how it stays one.

We use this only to reply about hospital recruiting with Nursing Mastery.
