We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about quality care, teamwork, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Supervise and support nursing assistants
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure proper narcotic control and documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive care environment
Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for resident care
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Qualifications
Active Ohio LPN license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of nursing standards and Assisted Living regulations
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred
