About this role
Provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and activities. Responsibilities include assessing and planning treatment programs, administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, assisting with medical procedures, counting controlled substances, documenting nursing encounters using SOAP charting, and communicating with healthcare staff.
