NOW HIRING: Unit Manager

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to join our team. As a Unit Manager , you will oversee the daily operations of a designated nursing unit, ensuring high-quality care and the well-being of our residents while managing and supporting a dedicated team of nurses and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate nursing staff and activities within the assigned unit.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to all residents.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to meet the needs of residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient health statuses, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a supportive and positive team environment.
  • Oversee documentation, including resident assessments, care plans, and progress notes.

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
