Requirements
- RN License
- Proven experience working as an aesthetic nurse or in a med spa setting with hands-on practice in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers
- Familiarity with salon software such as PatientNow for scheduling and client management
- Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols, skincare products, and cosmetic procedures including tattooing, deep tissue massage, hair extensions, hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, and body waxing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatments and skincare routines effectively
- Background in retail sales or upselling techniques
- Experience managing social media platforms for promotional purposes is a plus
- Additional training or certification in esthetic laser treatments or cosmetology is highly desirable
