Nightshift CNA

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Essential duties include identifying residents before administering treatments, reporting changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor, recording entries on flow sheets and charts, reporting accidents and incidents, maintaining resident confidentiality, performing trained nursing care procedures, preparing rooms for residents, assisting with personal possessions, transporting residents, maintaining a positive atmosphere, meeting with shift nursing personnel, and following established policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids.
