About this role
We are a growing, fast-paced, physician-led practice and a leader in the care and treatment of kidney disease. We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team.
Our clinics are open Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday requirements. The right candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment, building relationships with patients, and partnering closely with our physicians and clinical team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

As an RN with RenalCare Associates, you will play an important role in coordinating care and helping patients navigate their treatment. Key responsibilities include: Assessing and triaging patient needs, including responding to patient calls and determining appropriate next steps Communicating patient concerns and changes in condition to physicians and other members of the care team Providing patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, physician orders, and disease management Reviewing medications and allergies and assisting with medication management as directed by providers Coordinating referrals, follow-up care, and other services Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation Monitoring patient conditions and response to treatment Collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care This position is a great fit for a nurse who enjoys patient education, critical thinking, care coordination, and developing ongoing relationships with patients and providers.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Active Illinois Registered Nurse license required Current CPR certification required Three years of nursing experience preferred Nephrology and/or critical care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication, patient education, and customer service skills Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork, professionalism, reliability, and follow-through Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our patients.
