Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU / PreSurgery Holding FT

We are the only Atrium facility that has earned the AORN Go Clear designation, for maintaining a smoke-free facility by managing surgical smoke plume. The team is a small, close-knit team and we participate in potlucks, and enjoy one another's company. We are a smaller Atrium OR and have a wonderful group of surgeons who are extremely collaborative and work well with all members of our team.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• At least one year of previous PACU, Critical Care, or Emergency Department strongly preferred to be eligible for this role

What You’ll Do

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
