Pediatric PDN Registered Nurse

Premier Pediatrics is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) licensed in DC to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. This position offers a flexible schedule and an in-home work environment. Experience with trach, g-tube, and vent preferred. We have both day shifts and overnights between 8-12 hours available now! HIGH PRIORITY: Day Shift M-F 7am-6pm *Responsibilities* * Provide direct patient care per the physician-approved plan of care * Perform and monitor G-tube, trachs, and/or ventilator management when appropriate * Administer appropriate medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures * Assess and document patient conditions, interventions, and evaluations * Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support each child's health goals * Communicate changes in patient status to the Clinical Supervisor * Execute and document physician orders accurately Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off License/ Certification: * DC RN License (Required) Work Location: In person
