Job Title: Medical Operations Specialist/Registered Nurse Job Location: Remote Salary: $55k - $75k Reports To: Medical Operations Director Job Description: This role sits within the medical operations function at Qualiphy and supports clinics using Qualiphy’s compliant telehealth infrastructure. The Medical Operations Specialist / Registered Nurse contributes to the development and maintenance of standardized clinical protocols, documentation, and workflows that enable clinics to operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory requirements while delivering consistent patient care. About Qualiphy Qualiphy delivers instant telehealth consultations on behalf of medical practices across the nation. We enable white-label medical clearances, prescription fulfillment for peptides, urgent care and wellness treatments. Consultations are available via synchronous (live-video) or asynchronous (form-based) formats, on-demand with no scheduling required. Clinical Duties Draft comprehensive patient assessments, health histories, and screenings templates. Draft protocols for the administration of medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established clinical guidelines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans. Provide patient education on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive health practices. Job Duties: Draft, revise, and implement medical protocols, clinical workflows, and custom examination templates. Ensure all protocols comply with regulatory standards, evidence‑based practices, and organizational policies. Conduct periodic reviews of existing protocols to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement. Assist in training staff on new or updated protocols and clinical procedures. Maintain accurate, confidential records of all examinations and assessments. Be available to assist with answering the medical hotline for clinics as required, supporting clinical questions and operational needs. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience. Demonstrated experience drafting medical protocols, medical templates, or clinical guidelines. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, CDC, state health regulations). Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills. Ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and professionally. Required Experience: Experience in occupational health, urgent care, primary care, or public health settings. Familiarity with health records . Training or certification in quality improvement or clinical compliance Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
