What You'll Do

As an LPN at Silver Oak, you'll work closely with our nursing team to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to residents.

Your responsibilities will include

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition
• Completing accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
• Supporting and guiding CNAs in providing excellent resident care
• Responding to resident needs and changes in condition
• Following established infection-control and safety procedures
• Maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
• Helping create a positive, respectful environment for residents and staff

What We're Looking For

Current Nevada LPN license in good standing*

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize resident needs in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
