_About This Role:_As part of the Province Health and Well-Being department, this position provides support to the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary (SNJM) residing in the Seattle, Washington area. The RN consults and advises regarding healthcare needs and services, performing all essential functions of care coordination. Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Care, they will coordinate daily support service
