Role: Registered Nurse Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Administer medications and treatments Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based practice Accurately document patient information in Electronic Health Records (EHR) Educate patients and families about care plans and health management Participate actively in quality and safety initiatives Qualifications & Skills Current licensure as a Registered Nurse Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to compassionate patient care
