LMG Medical is seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine team. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with experience in Internal Medicine, Adult Medicine, or Primary Care to join our outpatient medical practice. This role focuses on providing thoughtful, comprehensive adult primary care, including the management of both acute and chronic medical conditions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys practicing internal medicine, building meaningful relationships with patients, and working collaboratively within a physician-led medical practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide adult primary care in an outpatient internal medicine setting
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of adult primary care conditions in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and other common medical concerns
- Conduct annual wellness exams, routine physicals, and follow-up visits
- Order and interpret labs, diagnostic testing, and imaging
- Develop and manage ongoing treatment plans for patients
- Provide education on preventive care, lifestyle modification, and disease management
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Work collaboratively with board-certified physicians and the clinical team to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP
- Experience in Internal Medicine, Adult Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Ability to manage patients independently while collaborating with physicians
