About this role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) with strong vascular access experience to provide high-quality infusion therapy in home health and/or outpatient settings. This is a per-diem position which has the luxury to choose the cases you'd like to accept with us. Key responsibilities include administering infusion therapies (IV antibiotics, IVIG, TPN, hydration, specialty medications), performing enteral feedings including G-tube care, starting and maintaining vascular access lines (PIV, PICC, Port-a-Cath), monitoring patients for adverse reactions, educating patients and caregivers, maintaining clinical documentation, collaborating with pharmacists and care teams, and ensuring compliance with California nursing regulations and agency protocols.
