Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health- Flexible Schedule

• You’ll complete skilled nursing visits, manage patient care plans, provide education, and support patients recovering from illness, surgery, or chronic conditions. *Requirements*

• Valid RN license in good standing with current state certification; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.
• Proven experience in diverse settings including hospital medicine, ICU, emergency room, medical-surgical units, or long-term care environments such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong clinical skills encompassing PICC line managment, phlebotomy, aseptic technique, medication administration, as well as wound and ostomy care.
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments involving physiology knowledge and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and dementia.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education, documentation accuracy, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of home care settings and willingness to travel within assigned regions.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
