What You’ll Do
- Deliver skilled, compassionate care to patients in their homes
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Educate and support patients and families/caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and community providers
- Participate in on-call rotations for urgent or standby visits
This is a role for nurses who want autonomy, impact, and the chance to make a real difference in patients’ lives while enjoying a supportive team environment.
What You Bring
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
- Home health or hospice experience preferred
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Licensed driver with insured transportation
- Compassion, communication skills, and clinical expertise
