About this role
The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) is a developmental role designed to prepare qualified healthcare professionals for future Clinical Director positions. Under the guidance of the Market Leader and Clinical Market Leader, the CDIT will learn and assist in managing the Wellness department to ensure residents achieve and maintain their highest level of wellness and function. This role provides hands-on experience in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff management, and resident care coordination under the guidance of experienced clinical leaders. The CDIT will learn to ensure high-quality care standards while promoting a culture of safety, dignity, and respect for residents.
