LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

What you'll need

Required

• Active Illinois LPN license
• At least 18 years old
• Available for at least 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift

Preferred

Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living

Pay and benefits

$34.00/hour, plus applicable

Schedule PRN, on-call. Minimum 4 shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift per month.
