About this role

Perianesthesia RN providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients recovering from anesthesia in a high-acuity PACU and procedural environment at UCSF Health. Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessment, monitoring, stabilization of post-operative patients, airway/respiratory/cardiovascular/neurological management, medication administration, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, and EMR documentation. Requires 1 year recent adult RN experience in high-acuity Pre-Op/PACU setting and 2 years full-time adult ICU experience within past 5 years.

On-call commitment required. Current CA RN license, CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. CPAN/CCRN certification and BSN preferred.
