Northeast Philadelphia, PA Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor A respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. This opportunity is perfect for an RN looking for consistent weekend schedule every Friday and Saturday . Schedule Every Other Friday and Saturday Flexible scheduling available RN Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts. Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with state and federal regulations. Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner. Oversee admissions, discharges, and changes in resident condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and promote a positive work environment. Serve as the nursing leader on duty during assigned shifts. RN Supervisor Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
