Home Infusion Registered Nurse Per Diem

We compensate you for the care and not just for a visit. We pay our higher-performing nurses at a higher level.

What you can expect

• FOHECO partners with pharmacies and providers in the administration and delivery of Immunoglobulin’s (IV and SQ), TNF Blocking Agents, Antibiotics, Hydration, Coagulation Factor, Enzyme Replacement, Nutritional Replacement, and anything that can be infused or injected.
• The care and administration of quality high-tech IV infusions or injectable medications in the home.
• Critical thinking to assess your patient, care plan execution, assessments of the patient, evaluation, and achieve the goals or orders requested.
• Navigation and care of inserted intravenous catheters. Home insertion of peripheral IV catheters.
• Provide communication with all members of the healthcare team - Pharmacists, Case Managers, Clinical Care Coordinators, Insurance co., or Prescribers.
• Self-management of your schedule and patient treatment cycles; teaching and counseling both patient and care support team in the home.
• Have the highest level of proficiency and technique in handling this delicate nursing task and population.
• Registered Nurse with at least three (3) years nursing experience preferred but not required -must have strong IV competency skills.
• IV and PICC certification is not required but strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in good standing.
• CPR Certification.
• Professional Liability Insurance is a plus but not mandatory.
• Valid and in good standing nursing license in the state where the patient is treated.
• Remote interview process.

• Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
