About this role
Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor. Shift: Full Time | Nights. $15K Sign on Bonus. Ascension Saint Thomas Rehabilitation Hospital is part of Lifepoint Health.
This position provides off hour leadership and functions as resource person for staff members, assists in patient care and is responsible for overall quality of patient care in the facility. Supervises and mentors nursing and support staff during assigned shift. Determines staffing level and assignments based on staff availability, staff abilities, census, patient acuity and work/patient flow.
Provides direct patient care as needed. Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies any issues that affect desired patient outcomes. Responds to complaints about patient care and related services.
Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols. Initiates weekend case management, Utilization review screening, assists with D/C planning and swing intake.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
- Current RN License to practice in TN
- BCLS Certification
