- Registered Nurse Licensure within the State of Florida or Multi-State Enhanced Nursing License Compact (eNLC) – maintain active and in good standing throughout employment
- Registered Nurse Licensure within the State of Florida or Multi-State Enhanced Nursing License Compact (eNLC) – maintain active and in good standing throughout employment; Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification required within 18 months of hire; 2-4 years of experience in a management/supervisory position; 3-5 years of experience in Quality Improvement, Patient Safety, and/or Risk Management activities; Master's Degree preferred; CPHQ preferred at time of hire; Five years clinical experience in a hospital setting, pediatrics preferred; Knowledge of applicable Florida/federal statutes; Knowledge of data analysis and statistics; Skilled in quality improvement tools and practices; Knowledge of Peer Review practices; Knowledge of clinical pathways; Knowledge of internal and public quality score-carding and benchmarking; Demonstrated expertise in promoting patient safety in a complex environment
