We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. - Safely administer IV infusions and IM injections according to clinical protocols and physician orders.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV infusions and injections.
- Monitor vital signs and manage acute pain, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Conduct pre-infusion assessments, review client health histories, and monitor for contraindications.
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and all company safety standards.
- Educate clients on infusion benefits, possible side effects, and post-treatment care.
- Monitor clients during and after infusions, documenting all treatments and observations accurately.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications.
- Engage in health coaching and case management for patients with chronic conditions or disabilities.
- Participate in infection control measures and uphold standards of aseptic technique.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in acute care settings such as hospitals or long-term care facilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and medical documentation practices.
- Strong clinical skills in areas such as critical care transport, pediatrics, geriatrics, or emergency medicine.
- Ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Provide mobile services across designated territories — ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and discretion.
Job Types: Part-time, Travel nursing, Contract, PRN, Per diem Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
