AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family! We are searching for a Licensed Director of Nursing (DON) who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the overall clinical management of the facility.

Requirements

Valid Texas RN License
Valid CPR Certification
Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program
Knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations
