Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations
- Proven experience with regulatory surveys and compliance
- Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to respond calmly and professionally in challenging situations
- Strong computer skills
