Full time Nurse Educator Specialist role in the Antepartum Unit at Navicent Health Medical Center. Responsibilities include assessing, developing, designing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating Educational Orientation and Training programs; functioning as a Clinician/Practitioner to support nursing staff development; demonstrating advanced leadership skills; acting as a Consultant/Change Agent across clinical services; applying research to improve clinical practices and outcomes; ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies; collaborating with management on professional development plans; and utilizing effective communication skills.
