About this role
Entry level Outpatient RN CAP 1 position in the Clinical Advancement Program. Responsible for provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients in a hemodialysis setting. Part of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team. Performs patient data collection pre-during-post hemodialysis treatment, administers medications, initiates emergency response measures, directs patient care staff, and participates in quality improvement activities.
