Overview
City View Post-Acute is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for RNs looking for flexibility in their work schedule while providing essential care to our residents.
Responsibilities
Assess patients' conditions and monitor their overall health. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management. Document all nursing care and patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies. Assist with emergency situations as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
Licensure
Valid RN license in the state.
