*Overview*
Opulent Private Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care for an infant enrolled in the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). *This is a 10-hour shift, Thursday & Friday* perfect for an RN who values consistency, reliability, and patient-centered care for a medically fragile child in a loving home environment.

- Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting.
- Deliver safe, high-quality care in alignment with the Physician’s Plan of Treatment (PPOT).
- Feeding tube management (G-tube)
- Breathing treatments and suctioning as needed
- Vital signs monitoring and respiratory assessment
- Medication administration (if applicable)
- Diaper changes, repositioning, and daily comfort measures
- Maintain clear communication and punctuality with the patient’s family and Opulent Private Care Services.
- Support the family’s routine and ensure continuity of care in the absence of primary staff (backup coverage as needed).
*Qualifications* Candidates should possess the following
qualifications
- Current and active Georgia RN license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience preferred
- Experience with trach, suctioning, or G-tube care preferred
- Must pass background and fingerprint check
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Compassionate, reliable, and punctual
- Experience with infant & toddlers is preferred
*Compensation* $50-$55 per hour, based on experience.
