The Home Health Registered Nurse uses an individualized patient care plan to provide top quality care to all of our patients; keeping them Happy, Healthy and at Home. We are seeking a passionate RN for our Baylor (weekend) team in Brunswick, New Hanover, and Penter Counties . This position is Full-Time Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 12 hour days .

Full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with matching, and immediate PTO accrual. Weekend RNs visit 6-8 patients on any given shift, driving to the patients home providing skilled nursing services. This position is primarily responsible for the initial assessment and case development of patients in all stages of life in their homes.

Duties include but not limited to, assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing and evaluating patients according to the patient’s age and diagnosis. Registered Nurses (RNs) with strong assessment, skilled nursing and documentation skills are strongly encouraged to apply! If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Must be able to check your email intermittently during the week to respond to documentation requests. We are 100% EMR and clinicians document in the patients' homes with company-issued laptops. RNs must be okay with traveling throughout the service area!
