What Nurses Do
Provide direct nursing support and ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge Stay in tune with physical and emotional state of residents to ensure care plans are connected to current needs Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy Provide person-centered care and excellent customer service Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth shift transitions
