American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Float Pool position requiring compact RN license, 2 years of experience, and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Float pool position covering MS/Tele units and Rehab as needed
- Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM-7:30 AM)
- Every other weekend (EOW) work required, with additional weekend coverage as needed
- No on-call requirements
- Floating required to MS/Tele units and Rehab
Requirements
- Active RN license (Standard or Compact) currently in hand

- Holiday coverage required for 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), or 1 of 2 if contract spans fewer holidays
- RTO limited to a maximum of 7 days per contract
- Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius, offered at a lower rate
- Travel pairs accepted, though matched schedules cannot be guaranteed
