The Masonicare Health Center is a 260-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Wallingford, CT. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Director of Nursing, the Nursing Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for carrying out established standards of practices and care and providing direction in the continuing provision of nursing services.
Requirements
- Graduate of school of professional nursing
- BS in nursing or healthcare related field (preferred)
- Registration and current RN license in the State of Connecticut
- CPR certification
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity (preferred)
- Management/supervisory skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Interpersonal skills
