Requirements
- Valid RN license in good standing with current state registration
- Proven experience in critical care environments such as ICU or emergency medicine
- Experience in trauma centers preferred
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth
- Familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology
- Hands-on experience with IV insertion, phlebotomy, sterile processing techniques, ostomy care, and infection control practices
- Excellent communication skills
