About this role

As a Clinical Home Health Specialist you will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships. Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan. Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities. Report to a Market Executive of Sales.

Requirements

  • Current RN or LPN/LVN license required
  • Bachelors/Associates degree in Nursing or equivalent preferred
  • Previous home health care sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs preferred
  • Previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred
  • Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Travel within assigned territory required
