About this role
As a Clinical Home Health Specialist you will call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships. Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan. Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities. Report to a Market Executive of Sales.

Requirements
- Current RN or LPN/LVN license required
- Bachelors/Associates degree in Nursing or equivalent preferred
- Previous home health care sales experience preferred
- Experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs preferred
- Previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred
- Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Travel within assigned territory required
