Experienced In Home Private Duty Concierge RN

*What You'll Do*

• Deliver individualized, high-touch nursing care in private home settings
• Provide skilled nursing services, including post-operative recovery, IV therapy, medication management, and complex clinical care
• Monitor patient status and respond proactively to changes in condition
• Maintain a calm, organized, and professional environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, physicians, and care coordinators
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold the highest standards of privacy, discretion, and client confidentiality
• Deliver a concierge-level experience that exceeds expectations

*Who We're Looking For*

The ideal candidate is a seasoned RN who

• Thrives working independently with minimal supervision
• Has experience providing private-duty, concierge, or high-acuity home care
• Demonstrates exceptional clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Presents with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills
• Understands the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
• Is dependable, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding client care

*Qualifications*

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of *3 years of RN experience*
• *At least 2 years of private-duty, concierge, or high-acuity home care experience (required)*
• Experience with post-operative care, IV therapy, infusion services, or specialty nursing strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work as a *1099 Independent Contractor*

*Assignment Details*

• 12-hour day and night shifts available
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs
• Opportunities for both short-term recovery cases and ongoing long-term assignments
• One-on-one patient care in private residences
