About this role
We are hiring for: Registered Nurse (Team Lead) - Day Shift. As a Registered Nurse Team Lead with RHA, you will provide healthcare oversight and monitoring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), promoting their overall health, independence, and quality of life. Key responsibilities include providing holistic nursing care, observing and assessing health needs, delivering health-related training to unlicensed personnel, administering medications and treatments, ensuring medical appointments are scheduled, conducting medication closet assessments, performing quality assurance checks, conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, monitoring and reporting abnormal findings to physicians, and collaborating with physicians, pharmacies, medical suppliers, and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).

Requirements
Active unrestricted RN license
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
Active, unrestricted nursing license
Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification
Strong communication skills with interdisciplinary team members, individuals served, and their families
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and effectively prioritize tasks
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30 lbs and occasionally pull at least 50 lbs
Ability to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop
