Some of your Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities include: Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents; Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; Medication administration; Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies; Collaborating with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes; Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents' condition to proper personnel per center policy.
