About this role
Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Dialysis RN to join their team. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate dialysis services, and support LPN/LVN and Patient Care Technician (PCT) staff. Responsibilities include executing the dialysis program, collecting and documenting patient health data, developing care plans, supervising staff, operating dialysis equipment, performing POC testing and quality control, advocating for patients, obtaining informed consent, participating in performance improvement initiatives, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, providing education for home dialysis patients and families, maintaining staff competencies, and mentoring junior staff.
