Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift Contract Facility: Prairie Senior Living Location: Colby, KS Address: 1100 E College Dr, Colby, KS 67701 Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home (Hospital-Based LTC Unit) Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Hours: 12-Hour Shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week Pay Rate: $38 – $40/hr Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,368 – $1,440/week (based on facility's 36-hour guarantee) Job Summary Prairie Senior Living is seeking an experienced LPN to provide quality nursing care to long-term care residents in a hospital-based LTC unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, resident assessments, documentation, treatment administration, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
