Role: Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
Responsibilities
Provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adults, including thorough assessments, medication titration, ventilator management, and invasive line care. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
