Overview
An individual licensed by the State of Illinois to practice professional nursing within the statutory requirements of the Illinois Practice Act, to use the designation RN (Registered Nurse), and to work in compliance with Hospital and Departmental policies and procedures. Utilizes the nursing process to provide physical and psychosocial care to all patients during the pre- and post-operative phases. The nurse will assess, interpret patient data and intervene appropriately.
