Requirements
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates with significant leadership experience will be considered
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience as a Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Nurse Manager in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, NYSDOH requirements, and long-term care operations
- Proven success managing state surveys and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing clinical teams
