About Mero Care, LLC: Mero Care, LLC is an Enhanced Family Care (EFC) agency dedicated to providing care you can trust. We are currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Independent Contractor.
Role
Overview
In this role, you will provide essential nursing oversight, clinical consultation, and guidance for our community-based care operations. You will retain complete professional discretion over the clinical methods used to execute your duties while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultation and overall nursing oversight.
- Conduct Medication Administration Reviews (MAR review).
- Deliver staff education, health-related training, and clinical guidance.
- Review health documentation, clinical records, and individual care plans.
- Conduct health and safety consultations for individuals and care settings.
- Ensure full clinical compliance with New Hampshire Bureau of Developmental Services (NH BDS) and Medicaid regulations.
- Perform additional health, clinical, administrative, or regulatory oversight duties as assigned to meet client care, operational growth, or state compliance demands.
Licensure
Must hold an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire.
Certifications
Active CPR/BLS certification.

Compensation & Terms
- Pay Rate: $50-70/hour depending on experience.
- Growth Potential: This role may have the potential to transition to a full-time position as our agency grows.
- Performance Review: A formal review will be conducted six (6) months from the start date to evaluate performance, clinical volume, and discuss further rate or scope adjustments.
- Invoicing: Compensation is paid within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of itemized monthly invoices detailing hours worked and services rendered.
- Please note: As a 1099 Independent Contractor, this role does not include employee benefits (e.g., workers' compensation, health insurance, paid leave), and the contractor is responsible for self-employment taxes and income tax withholdings.
- Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester, NH 03102
