Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our night-shift nursing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in nursing practices and a strong commitment to patient care. Available shifts are 6 pm to 6 am and 10 pm to 6 am.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and admissions based on medical needs, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Experience

Current Illinois RN licensure is required

Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred. Experience working with memory care is very beneficial

Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential, ensuring accurate and compliant medical records.
